2022 Rolex Sydney to Hobart Line Honour Winners

In 2022 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race, the crew of Andoo Comanche discovered a game-changing ally in Deep Sphere. Seeking an edge over their competition, they embarked on a journey of self-discovery to unravel the intricate dynamics of their team. The Deep Sphere process helped guide the crew through the nuances of individual strengths and in particular, responses under pressure.

Harnessing the insights gleaned from Deep Sphere, the knowledge of what makes each team member tick and perform under pressure became the cornerstone of their approach. It wasn't just about assembling a crew; it was about assembling the right crew - a crew designed for victory.

As the Sydney to Hobart unfolded, the impact of Deep Sphere's influence became evident. The crew navigated the challenges with an unprecedented level of cohesion and understanding. The synergy forged through Deep Sphere's insights propelled Andoo Comanche to not just participate but dominate the race. With a team finely tuned to each other's superpowers, they clinched victory, emerging triumphant in one of the world's most challenging yacht races.

Andoo Comanche's success is a testament to the transformative power of Deep Sphere in the realm of competitive sports. By leveraging the depths of self-knowledge, they gained more than a technological advantage - they gained a strategic edge.

Team Australia Challenge

The Team Australia Challenge campaign was confirmed in April 2023 by the organiser’s of the 37th America’s Cup as one of 12 national Youth and Women’s competing nations.

They are aiming to win the newest prize in the oldest competition, revolutionise the pathway for women and young athletes on the global stage and transform Australia’s existing legacy with the America’s Cup.

Team Australia Challenge utilised Deep Sphere to understand the strengths of each athlete who applied for the team. Their goal wasn't to find the most talented sailors possible, but to find the group of sailors who fit together best to create the best Youth and Women's teams possible.

Part of the selection process was a three-day camp held in Sydney, where the athletes were able to meet each other and the coaches, participating in a range of activities that, when combined with their Deep Sphere profiles, allowed the selection committee to assemble a team with the goal of winning the America's Cup.
